By downloading, installing, or using AuriShot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

Age Restriction: AuriShot is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using this application, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

Description of Service

AuriShot is a memory flip card game designed to challenge and improve cognitive abilities. The application provides:

Multiple difficulty levels (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced)
Achievement tracking and progress monitoring
Local data storage for game progress
Engaging visual effects and animations

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AuriShot for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms of Service.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Modify, adapt, hack, or reverse engineer the application
Use the application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the application
Upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code

AuriShot and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content and Data

All game progress, achievements, and settings are stored locally on your device. You retain ownership of your game data, and we do not claim any rights to this information.

Disclaimer of Warranties

AuriShot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of AuriShot.

App Store Terms

Your use of AuriShot is also subject to the terms and conditions of the Apple App Store. In case of conflict between these terms and the App Store terms, the App Store terms shall prevail regarding your use of the application through the App Store.

Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue AuriShot at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time, and such updates will be effective immediately upon posting.

Termination

These terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate this agreement by uninstalling AuriShot from your device. We may terminate your access to the application at any time for any reason.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
